The staff provided really good service and showed great friendliness. the hotel offered a good laundromat. That was very useful after outdoor activities, and i used it without issues. free coffee was available near the reception. we loved the location near downtown.

i appreciated the prompt microwave delivery to my room upon request. the provided toiletries were of good quality and plentiful. the fresh towels were notably soft and clean, i found this a very nice touch.
I noticed some noise from other guests moving around. I recommend requesting a room on the upper floor for a quieter experience
